Shipping: A nominal shipping charge of $10.00 (for Ontario and Quebec) $15.00(rest of Canada)$ 20.00(USA) will be added to the original invoice. International orders freight and insurance will be subject to international rates.

Claims: In the event that goods are damaged or missing items we must be notified within three days of the goods having been received.

Warranty: All products sold by Blue&Green Inc. are warrantied by Blue&Green Inc, as per manufacturer's warranty. All items will be inspected to determine whether or the not product was misused and damaged as a result.

RETURNS In the event that you would like to return an item, please note we have a 7 day return policy upon receiving. Any items returned after this deadline may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a decontamination form, which can be downloaded here. All instruments are covered by a manufacturer defect warranty. Claims against manufacturer quality requires that we send the item back to the manufacturer for examination. Once the issue has been identified coverage will be determined by the manufacturer. Blue & Green Inc does not provide any warranties for instruments.
